Prior to each meeting Councillors are provided with a number of documents relating to the business to be transacted. As well as the agenda this is usually a list of correspondence items, a financial report, supporting reports and other information relating to the items to be discussed. With effect from the meeting in March 2017 these items, unless confidential, will be uploaded to this site.
