Leeds City Council has written to everyone directly affected by the road closures.

The races come in on York Road, turn left at Morrisons' petrol station and go along High Street to Bridgefoot. They come up Market Place and head out of town on Westgate and up Spofforth Hill.
Cyclists will be coming through from Beverley and Tadcaster from 1.35pm.
There will be race starts at 3pm next to the Town Hall.
The Market Place (around the Town Hall) will be closed from Friday afternoon.
The town centre (from St. James' Street round to Crossley Street) will be closed from 10.30am to 5pm.
The whole race route will be closed from 12.30 to 3.30pm.Friday 27th September
The race comes in from Walton, along the A168 (Privas Way) to the Mercure roundabout, up Market Place and out of town along Westgate and Spofforth Hill.
A 'rolling road closure' will be in place from 10am to 11.15am. The route will be re-opened after the last cyclist passes through.
