Wetherby Bowling Club

Wetherby Bowling Club has been in existence since 1986 and is one of the few clubs that can offer both Crown Green Bowling and Flat Green Bowling (sometimes called Lawn Bowls). The Crown Green is even equipped with floodlights so that evening matches can be played right into the winter months.

The Club offers friendly games for those who just want a relaxing game but also has six Crown Green teams and three Flat Green teams, participating in various local leagues, which may appeal to those with a more competitive nature. The annual program begins in March for Crown Green and April for Lawn Bowls and beginners are welcome to come and join us.

Wetherby Bowling Club can also provide facilities for businesses who want to organise corporate bonding events for their staff or for parents who want to arrange party events for their children or grandchildren.
