Wetherby & District U3A

U3As are autonomous, self-help organisations run by the voluntary efforts of members. They are for people who are retired or coming up to retirement and who are looking for fun, enjoyment, new interests, new friends and to keep mentally active. Wetherby U3A provides opportunities for members to share learning experiences in a wide range of interest groups and to pursue learning not for qualifications, but for fun. Our most important principle is that we teach and learn from each other

We have 40+ established groups from Architecture via Cycling and Map Reading to Walking.

We now have a quarterly Newsletter and a Monthly Memo to keep our members up to date with what is going on in the groups. These can be picked up, as well as information leaflets and membership forms, at Wetherby and Boston Spa libraries or online at our website: www.wetherbyu3a.org.uk

Why not come and join us?
